Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and YomLabs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the YomMock macOS and iPadOS application (the “App”) and this website. YomMock is a local 3D mockup studio: you drop screenshots or recordings onto a device model, direct a camera, and export stills or video.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or this website.

1. The App is licensed, not sold

The App is licensed to you through the Apple App Store under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”), supplemented by these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple EULA and App Store rules. You may not:

  • Copy, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App itself
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by law
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
  • Use the App to build a competing product or service

2. Accounts and purchases

YomMock does not require a YomMock account. You download the App from the App Store and work locally on your device.

YomMock Pro is unlocked with In-App Purchase (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Purchases are billed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Payments, refunds, cancellations, and Restore Purchases are handled by Apple:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID / App Store settings.
  • Lifetime unlock applies to the App on devices linked to your Apple ID, per Apple’s Family Sharing rules where available.
  • Refunds are at Apple’s discretion under Apple’s media services terms. We cannot issue refunds directly.

3. Your content

Everything you import, create, or export with the App - screenshots, recordings, camera timelines, .yommock project files, and exports - is yours. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not receive a copy of it: the App processes content on the device.

You are responsible for the content you use with the App. You agree not to use the App to:

  • Create mockups that infringe someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Present fake or altered screenshots as genuine evidence or official material
  • Harass, defraud, defame, or mislead anyone
  • Violate applicable law or Apple’s App Store rules

4. Acceptable use of this website

When using this website you agree not to:

  • Attack, probe, or disrupt the site or its hosting infrastructure
  • Scrape or republish the site’s content wholesale without permission
  • Use the site to distribute malware or unlawful material

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website at any time. The YomMock name, logo, and site content are the property of YomLabs.

5. Third-party services

The App relies on Apple services for distribution, purchases, and optional crash diagnostics. Your use of those services is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policies. This website is hosted by third-party infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we will help you contact the right party - see the support page.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or OS version. Apple gives you the App Store warranty described in the Apple EULA; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our warranty obligations are limited as described there.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YomLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or website. Our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App (through In-App Purchases) in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law if that is higher. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices. We may suspend or revoke your license if you materially breach these Terms or the Apple EULA. Sections 3 (last paragraph), 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YomLabs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection law in your country gives you different rights. If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Apple EULA, are the entire agreement between you and YomLabs about the App. We may update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
